terms + conditions

Order

• To avoid disappointment, please order in advance, approximately 3 - 4 days in advance. The earlier the better. :D

• Kindly email or SMS/Phone us to confirm your order.

customization

• At NO EXTRA CHARGE, customers are allowed to :

a) add a custom message (1 letter per cupcake)

b) request for custom colour change ( max 3 colours)

• Other customization, such as :

a) design

a minimum of RM20 fee will be impose per box subject to the level of customization and complexity.

• Please be advised that we can't guarantee the custom colours & custom designs you choose will be favorable to your liking, if you are willing to take the risk, we will proceed with the order, however no refund or compensation requests will be entertained is the final product is deemed unsatisfactory.

• Additional charge of RM20 for any edible picture request.

Payment

• We required full payment when you secure your slot.

• A min of 50% deposit is required for orders exceeding RM150.



changes

• Please check your requirements before you place your order with us. Please inform us of changes at least 3 days before pickup day if there is any changes.



cancellation

• Please give us at least 4 days notice via SMS/Email for cancellation.

• All orders are non-exchangable, non-changable, non-transferable and non-refundable.

• Strictly NO refund will be given if cancelled within 2 days before pick up/delivery date.

collection

• Weekdays : 8am - 6pm - Jalan Raja Chulan, Menara Muamalat, Menara Maybank

6pm - 7:30pm - Bangsar, Hartamas, Petaling Jaya

8pm onwards - Kelana Jaya, Damansara, Sunway

• Weekends : 9am onwards - Kelana Jaya, Damansara, Sunway, Melaka

For Melaka order, we will charged extra RM25 for delivery. Kindly book 1 week in advance to avoid disappointment.

• Our cupcakes are extremely fragile. Kindly handle with care. We will not be held for responsibility for any damages caused by improper handling by the customer.
